To tell everyone what it is to be in pain

Aren’t you tired of the “But you don’t look in pain”? Not only YOU are in pain but YOU are at fault that it doesn’t show! Show how? If you cry people don’t know what to do and run away. If you put up a brave face they don’t understand what’s happening to you. And if you try to explain they’ll tell you about the time they nearly pinch a finger in a door 20 years ago! Here is your chance of telling us.

To shout, complain…or even ask a question

This is your time to spit it out. You can shout and complain, no one is going to stop you. You can complain about anyone who’s not treating you well, we are listening. And you can ask a question or many questions.

To get an answer

Or to give an answer. I promise you are going to get answers. Either from others or at least from me but you will get answers!

To show us photos about what you feel

Show us a photo of you or with a family member. A friend or a pet. A flower or your preferred place. Or even the part of your body that is sore… Anything that reflects your feelings, your hopes, your life or whatever you want. You could even do a simple drawing and take a photo of it. The drawing could tell us what your daily reality or what your dreams are. Pain photos are worth a thousand words…Go for it!

To help others you don’t know

You can answer their comments or use your own experience. Just by telling us your own story you will tell them they’re not alone. Believe me, just telling them that they’re not alone. It will it help them and it will also help you.

To be read because no one listen

I have used it with people being in pain. By searching the words to explain it did help them. But also it helps others who suddenly discover that they are not alone. And people will read you without interrupting you. For once they will listen!

To tell us a story

Every part of your story will have an impact on you as well as for us. Stories have the greatest impact on all of us. You worst story is important for you and to express it will make you feel better. Your worst story is important for us because it makes us think about it.

To teach us

More than hundred people a day visit this site. It means more than hundred brains. And that is a phenomenal number of thinking people. If we can get all those brains, we will be taught an enormous amount of information. So, just do it! Be the trigger.

To object about one of my answer or one of my page

This is so important for everyone! That’s the feedback I need to get better. And that’s true for all of us.

I have learned so much about chronic pain by listening. This is your place to comment!
